In order to provide you with the highest-quality personalized service and to ensure the full confidentiality of your medical records, Dr. Alikakos does not contract with any insurance providers. A comprehensive invoice can be provided for submission to the insurance company for reimbursements where applicable.

Do you bill for paperwork / documentation?

Accepted Answer

Prior authorizations, documentation, disability forms, letters, revisions, refills, and other services that require more than 5 minutes are billed by the quarter-hour.

How do you accept payment?

Accepted Answer

Cash, personal checks, major credit/debit cards and Health Savings Account "Flex Account" cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of your consultation or treatment session.

What is your cancellation policy?

Dr. Alikakos has a 24-hour cancellation policy. All missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notification will be charged the full amount for the missed session. Every attempt will be made to honor rescheduling requests, however, if your request is less than 24 business hours away,  you will be responsible for payment for that session. It is understandable that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 24 hours. Fees in this instance may be waived as a one-time courtesy.
